System Designer / Sales - Gwinnett
Patrick has been an audio/video enthusiast all his life. As a child, he connected speakers to his record player all around his bedroom for an early version of surround sound. When he received his first electric guitar as a birthday gift, the first thing he did was to totally disassemble it to see how it worked. During his college years, Patrick formed the Acoustical Engineering Club where he and his classmates experimented with different acoustic designs and construction techniques.
Patrick has worked with various audio/visual companies over the years, including HiFi Buys/Tweeter for 18 years. It was there that he earned many honors including the President’s Award for Integrity and top US salesperson. “Every customer is unique and I design each system based on what the customer wants. I deal with each person with the same expertise and honesty that I would hope to receive if the roles were reversed.” During his 25+ years in the A/V business, Patrick has received training and certification through many programs including the Professional Certified Advisor Program (PCA), and In-Home Audio/Video Specialist Certification (IHAVS).
You could say that Patrick takes his work home with him since, as an audiophile, music plays a significant part in his off-work hours. He enjoys collecting vinyl albums, playing lead guitar in local bands, and recording music in his 24 track home studio. Being an amateur naturalist, Patrick never turns down a chance to kayak down a North Georgia river, through a Louisiana Bayou, or into the swamps of the Florida Everglades.
