Jules Smith

System Design / Sales  - Buckhead Location

Jules first became involved in Audio during the 70's when he was a 14-year old teenager bagging groceries for tips after school.   He used his earnings to purchase some of the great audio gear of that era to play his extensive album collection on.   He's been involved in the the pursuit of audio perfection ever since.

His first job in the industry was with HiFi Buys in Buckhead, which included the Sound Gallery, a store-within-a-store showcasing some of the finest audio gear available.  After many years with HiFi Buys, he left to work for a high-end cable manufacturer, Esoteric Audio, where he was the home-audio specialist, which included sales and service to audio dealers throughout the U.S.  He was also involved in some product development, marketing, and other aspects of the business.   After many years with Esoteric Audio, he was offered a position managing Bang & Olufsen locations, including the location at Phipps Plaza and the former Mall of Georgia location.

In 2004 Evolution Home Theater was preparing for the Grand Opening of their Buckhead location, and needed an experienced and professional system designer.  Jules was recruited for the job, and has been involved with Evolution Home Theater for the last 7 years as a System Designer, Consultant, and "man of many hats".

Over the course of his career Jules has participated in countless management, sales assistance and technical training programs, and has conducted some as well.  He's adamant about insuring his clients are thoroughly pleased with their purchase, and has developed a loyal client following.

To this day he remains a dedicated music-lover, audiophile and home-theater enthusiast.
